In a competitive market, the right design will edge a client past all other competition. JLL, Metlife, and John Buck Company approached us to help create a lobby and loggia design for their new 43-floor high-rise tower adjacent to the new Transbay park. The goal: to draw prospective tenants to the building in a hot lease market.

We worked with Goettsch Partners and the local POPOS artist, Teresita Fernandez, to bring a unique design to a high profile building. Upon completion of the lobby project, all 43 floors of the building were leased to Facebook, breaking records as the largest single lease in San Francisco history.
